Christmas Tree With Stampin' Up! Ornaments

On a previous post I featured my 52 ornament I made for our Christmas tree this year using Winter Frost Specialty Designer Series Papers, Sliver and Champagne Glimmer paper, Simply Pressed Clay, Silver Buttons, Foil Sheets and Metal Sheets from Add A Little Dazzle.

I made bows out of the same designer series paper. It was a lot of fun not only making the ornaments but decorating the tree this year. In the past we have used traditional ornaments; some of them are 60 years old.  As I mentioned earlier in a post, I found some of the old time "Tinsel" like we had when I was a child online at Vermont Country Store. It is a wonderful place to find retro in just about anything.

All other months out of the year this tree sets in our Sun Porch.
It's not a traditional Christmas tree but it looks really great in our family room this time of year. I still plan on making an angel for the top. I'm making a list and checking it twice regarding what I have to do before Christmas. Yikes!!

Until next time...Happy Stampin'!
