Festive Flurry Snow Flakes and Mini White Lights

Today I have a project for you that uses the Festive Flurry Stamp set, Festive Flurry Framelits Die and 20 strand of white Mini Lights.

The Festive Flurry snow flakes stamped in silver or use Dazzling Diamonds  would be great to leave up on you mantel for the winter. They don't have to be just for Christmas.

My strand is 20 lights so I stamped with Coastal Cabana Classic Stampin' Pad using the Festive Flurry second to the largest snow flake 20 times and ran them through the Big Shot using the Magnetic Platform. Next, I used the Paper Piercer and  made a hole in the middle of each snow flake and put the snow flakes on the lights themselves. I didn't use any adhesive but you might want to. If you want to use the snow flake light on a mantel, I would recommend  laying the lights out on a flat surface for a day or two so the lights won't twist. You an see in my pictures how the lights are twisted.  If you are putting the lights on your Christmas tree you could use the branches to position the snow flakes to face forward.
